To Martina, and family of Ray, my sincere condolences on Rays early passing- I had the pleasure of Ray as an esteemed colleague in the EHS service- a life of service & retirement sadly cut short

Deepest sympathies to all the McLoughlin family at this very sad time on the passing of dear Ray. He will be sorely missed by his Environmental Health colleagues in Limerick but fondly remembered for being such a gentleman. Always kind and generous with his help and wealth of knowledge .
