Filan, Peter, 'Carlton Lodge', Carrowroe, Sligo, formerly of Carlton Café, Castle Street, Sligo and Castleplunkett, Co Roscommon, October 4th 2020, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the staff at the Hawthorn Unit, Saint Vincents Private Hospital, Dublin.
Dearly loved husband of the late Mae (née McNicholas) and father of Finbarr, Peter, Yvonne, Liam, Denise, Mairéad and Shane. Sadly missed by his loving family, brother Tom and sister Margaret Hunt (Roscommon), sons-in-law Michael, Rowan and Cathal, daughters-in-law Geraldine, Ciara, Patricia and Gillian, his twenty two cherished grandchildren, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Johns Church, Carraroe, Sligo on Tuesday October 6th at 1pm. Burial follows in Sligo Cemetery. The family appreciate your support, respect and sympathy at this time. Sadly due to current Covid-19 restrictions on attendance the Funeral Mass will be limited to Family only.
