Ballisodare, Co. Sligo
Nycin Thomas, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo and formerly of Kerala, India, March 12th 2026, peacefully at North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo, surrounded by her loving family. Late nursing staff of dialysis unit Sligo University Hospital.
Dearly loved wife of Albin Sratel and adored mother of Nathan and Thomas (Tommy) Sratel. She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, sons, parents Thomas and Sobha, sisters Serin (Bebil) and Angel, parents-in-law Sebastian and Lilly, sister-in-law Ancy (Sino), nieces, nephews, colleagues at Sligo University Hospital, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Sunday, March 15th from 12:30pm until 3:30pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, March 16th at 2pm in Saint Brigid’s Church, Corhownagh, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo and will be livestreamed via https://www.churchtv.ie/ballisodare/. Burial will follow in Saint Brigid’s Cemetery, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to North West Hospice Fund via www.feehilys.ie/pay Condolences may be left at www.feehilys.ie on RIP.ie or by traditional manner.

My heartfelt condolences to albin , Nathan and tommy . Nycin was the most amazing mother , wife and friend . I will miss her friendship. May her gentle soul rest in peace .
