July 4th 2026, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Ellen and Jim, grandson Matthew, brothers Jack and Seamus and brother-in-law Tom.
Dearly loved wife of John and mother of Lorraine Gray (Strandhill), Karen (Drumcliffe), Sarah Timlin (Coolaney) and David (Strandhill). She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, sisters Ann and Helen, daughter-in-law Aisling, sons-in-law Derek, Cyril and Martin, cherished grandchildren Ellie, Molly, Cillian, Muireann, Seve, Teagan, Luisa, Luca and Noah, sisters-in-law Ailish and Mary, brother-in-law Brian, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Tuesday, July 7th from 5:30pm until 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in Saint Colmcille’s Church, Rathcormac, Co. Sligo on Wednesday, July 8th at 11am and will be livestreamed via https://www.churchservices.tv/rathcormac
Burial will follow in Rathcormac Cemetery. No flowers please, donations, in lieu, if desired, to North West Hospice Fund via www.feehilys.ie/pay.

Maeve McCoy (née Doyle) was from Gortarowey, Carney, Co. Sligo and formerly of Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.
The funeral includes a Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday, July 8th at 11am, followed by burial in Rathcormac Cemetery.
