ONeill, John, Graigue, Knocknahur, Co. Sligo, March 24th 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Mount Hybla Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Claire Quigley and his sister June. Dearly loved father of Louis and John. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons, sisters Maeve, Louie and Aileen, daughters-in-law Lisa and Ingrid, his cherished grandchildren Finn, Claire, Louis, Harry, Aoife, Rossa, Niamh and Rowan, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Reposing at the home of his son Louis (D15 YP0E) on Wednesday March 27th from 5:30pm until 7:30pm. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday March 28th at 12 noon in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo. Funeral Service will be live streamed via www.sligocathedral.ie. Burial will follow in Saint Patricks Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired to Irish Cancer Society via www.feehilys.ie/pay

So sorry to hear about my Uncle John's passing. I will miss him. I enjoyed his company when I made trips up to Sligo. My condolences to John, Louie and the whole family. God Bless you all! TPO
