Joan Curran, (née Kerrisk),
Mannionstown, Strandhill, Co. Sligo and formerly of Gortalassa, Firies, Farrenfore, Co. Kerry, January 2nd 2022, peacefully, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband James and infant daughter Catherine. She will be forever cherished and lovingly remembered by her son Pat (Strandhill), daughters Siobhán (Grange), Kathleen (Dromard) and Maura (Strandhill Road), sons-in-law Don Brennan, Jim Dorran and Michael Townsend, her adored grandchildren Stuart, Sallie, Sarah, Philip, Enda and Joan, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Seán Feehilys Funeral home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Wednesday January 5th 2022 from 5pm to 6:30pm for family and close friends only. Mass of the Resurrection in Saint Patricks Church, Strandhill on Thursday January 6th at 10am. Burial follows in St. Patricks Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to North West Hospice Palliative Care Team online at www.feehilys.ie/pay.

Aunty Joans departure from this world will be a loss that will be felt by more than just close family. She was a strong woman with great will-power.
