I was most fortunate to have been a student in Trish's in person and online movement classes for the last five years. She was a thoughtful, sensitive and inspiring teacher. During the pandemic when the classes moved online she was a great source of encouragement and strength to us all. What I have learned from Trish in this time will be of great value to me for the rest of my life. Her work touched so many people's lives in deep and profoundly meaningful ways that her legacy with vibrate through the world for many many years to come. God bless her and speed her towards the light. In giving of her gift so generously during her lifetime it truly can be said she lived a life well lived.

I'm only now learning of the passing of Trish, a true warrior of the heart. She made a vital and timely contribution to the world of somatic movement and awareness. She was also my first yoga teacher way back when. I am grateful to have known her all these years. Bless your onward journey, dearest sister.
