O Shea, Donal, Rahaberna, Sligo (F91YD57) and formerly of Cork, January 20th 2022, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. (Late of N.W.H.B and E.R.H.A) Beloved husband of Bairbre (née O Connor) and dear father of Sinéad, Dónall, Eoghan Conor and Laoise and much loved Dadó of Líle, Bríon, Róise, Danny, Luke, Molly, anna, Fia and Finn. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, brothers, sister, sons-in-law Paul and Oliver, daughters-in-law Caitríona and Jan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Rest in peace.
Reposing at his home at Rahaberna, Sligo on Saturday January 22nd from 3pm to 5pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Sunday January 23rd in St. Colmcilles Church, Rathcormac, Co. Sligo at 2:30pm. Burial follows in Rathcormac Cemetery, Sligo. Funeral Mass will be live streamed via www.churchservices.tv/rathcormac. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Sligo Branch of St. Vincent de Paul via www.feehilys.ie/pay Expressions of sympathy may be left in private at below or by traditional manner. I was very sorry to read of Donal's death. I extend my sympathy to the O'Shea family. He was my Referee for the post that I secured in An Bord Altranais and he was Chairman of The health Education Bureau when I was employed there. He served his country well. May he Rest in Peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Donals death. My sincere sympathy to all the family. I worked with Donal in Beaumont Hospital when he was Chairman and I was secretary of the board. Donal had a strong social conscience and always wanted the best for the hospital and the patients. His leadership inspired all who worked with him. Ill always remember how he supported us all in very difficult times.May he rest in peace
