DEVANEY, Thomas

Peacefully after an illness bravely borne in the loving care of the staff at North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Dearly loved husband of the late Bernadette (Detty) and father of Catherine Denyer (Eastbourne), Fidelma Snee (Sligo), Bernie Reynolds (Sligo), Dorothy Foley (Kilglass), Deirdre Shanahan (Croghan, Co. Roscommon), Imelda Devaney (New Zealand), Colette McGettigan (Killybegs), Selena Fagan (Dubai), Michelle Smyth (Sligo), Tom (Sligo) and brother of Kitty ODell (Mullingar). Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the family home on Circular Road, Sligo from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday 3rd December. Home private to family at all other times. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Monday in St. Annes Church, Sligo. Burial follows in Sligo Cemetery.
