ODowd, Celia née Mitchell, Avondale, Sligo, May 17th 2024, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of the staff of North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Predeceased by her beloved husband Edward (Eddie) and brother Gerry. Dearly loved mother of David (Dublin) and Anne (Louth). She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her son, daughter, brother Jimmy, sisters Kathleen and Jacinta, adored grandchildren Adam, Daniel, Annie and Leah, son-in-law Garry Byrne, daughter-in-law Jillian, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Seán Feehilys Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (Eircode: F91EH98) on Sunday May 19th from 6:30pm with removal at 8pm to Saint Josephs Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo arriving for Reception Prayers at 8:30pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday May 20th at 12noon in Saint Josephs Church, Ballytivnan followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery.
