Carmel & family. Sincere sympathy to you all on the great loss of your Dear Brendan. He was such a force of energy & positivity, always in good humour no matter what. We spent many happy days as teaching colleagues in Summerhill College. Days I remrmber fondly. He was so very proud of all his family and loved you all dearly. May his soul rest now in the arms of the angels, no more pain, rest from sickness at last.x

So sorry to hear this sad news. Heartfelt condolences to all Brendans family at this difficult time. Brendan was my Geography teacher in his first years at Summerhill College and we retained a connection throughout the years since. He was always kind and supportive to all his students and his friends and will always be remembered fondly.
