Higgins, Hilda Audrey (née Bagnall), “Adruna”, Maugheraboy Road, Sligo, October 17th 2021, peacefully at her home. Last Principal of The Model School, The Mall, Sligo. Darling wife of Frankie and cherished mother of Zeda and Elma. She will be sadly missed by her husband, daughters, sister Zeda (McKeown), grandchildren Brian and his wife Alison, Jennifer and her husband Adrian, Gillian and her husband Trevor, Sam and his wife Lauren and Daniel, great-grandchildren Ella, Alex, Jack, Mia, Drew, Kate and Hannah, brother-in-law, nephews, extended family and friends. “Safe in the arms of Jesus”. Reposing at her home at “Adruna”, Maugheraboy Road, Sligo on Monday October 18th from 5pm to 7pm for family, neighbours and friends. Removal on Tuesday October 19th to St. John’s Cathedral, John Street, Sligo at 1:30pm arriving for Funeral Service at 2pm. Burial will follow in Sligo Cemetery.
